In-Home Support

Serving Seaton, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, Honiton, Axminster and surrounding areas across East Devon.

Travel within 15 miles of EX12 2WH is included in the price. Anything between 15-25 miles there will be an extra £15 charge.

We are able to carry out domestic appliance repairs on both freestanding and integrated appliances, with integrated units designed to fit neatly into kitchen cabinetry while freestanding appliances can be placed anywhere in the home. These include: Washing Machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, ovens, hobs, cooker repairs and household appliances of many kinds. Unfortunately we are unable to do repairs on microwaves, refrigeration and gas appliances.

We maintain a large stock of spare parts to ensure maximum availability, so we can get to work on your repair as quickly as possible, and we specialise in supplying and fitting spares for a wide range of domestic appliances. Providing detailed information such as the appliance type, model and serial numbers helps us identify a fault quickly and support a fast fix before your visit. We also hold a broad inventory of components, and our engineers carry well-stocked vans with common parts to help complete repairs on the first visit and see the job through to the end.

We offer a friendly, efficient repair service across most makes and leading brands, including, but not limited to: Beko, Hotpoint, Bosch, Indesit, Hoover, Blomberg, AEG and Samsung. Our Appliance Repair Process

  1. Phone us on 01297 23661 or email sales@devonappliances.co.uk with your details so we can book you in for a diagnosis/call out. The process is straightforward from start to finish. (Payment must be made at time of booking)

  2. On the day of your booking, our appliance engineer will contact you when they are on their way. (We are unable to give a prompt time due to not knowing how long each repair will take) Most repair appointments take around 1 to 2 hours, depending on the issue and whether parts need to be ordered.

  3. Our appliance engineer will first diagnose the fault and then explain the quoted fix clearly, whether that is for a leak, a water fill problem or another issue. If it can be fixed, we will quote the cost for your convenience, with labour and any replacement OEM parts shown separately so everything is clearly explained upfront and stress free.

  4. If you are happy for the repair to be done we will then book you in for the return visit.

Charges include the first hour. Anything over will be charged £15 for every half hour.

Payments are to be paid in full in advance & are Non-refundable.

Parts and repair costs are quoted after the diagnosis, with transparent pricing and labour separated from replacement parts costs.
