Create delicious recipes with this Siemens induction hob. It has 5 zones, with electromagnets beneath the surface that send heat to the bottom of your pan only, rather than the whole surface for efficient cooking. It also has clever technology that’ll only let it heat up when it detects a pan. This is much safer, and promises to save you money on your utility bills too. Plus, if you’re expecting dinner guests and you need to get the vegetables boiling ASAP, the PowerBoost mode gives a 50% extra burst of heat, so the water is ready faster. Or, if you’re just excited to get cooking, the QuickStart feature gives instant heat, so you can get stuck in straightaway.

Please note: this model has a Power Management Function. Some induction hobs can be plugged in at the wall, rather than needing an electrician to hard-wire it. If you choose to plug in, the Power Management Function will limit the power to each zone. For example, if you have a 13 amp connection, the heat levels across all four zones cannot add up to more than 12. So, if one zone is on level 8 and you turn another zone to level 7 (8+7=15), the first zone will automatically be reduced to level 5 (5+7=12).
